It is not uncommon to hear students speak about being sore after class. Some of it is lactic acid build-up the other element is the stretching of connective tissue. It's that stretching that can cause soreness. The interesting thing about that soreness is you will come to appreciate it later in your training. The small muscles in your hands, wrists, knees, ankles and feet will get used to the continual stretching a pressure and adapt. That adaptation leads to better functionality and strength. That functionality and strength makes your training more effective. It is short term pain for long term gain. Have a great day and enjoy your March Break,
