This an easy kettlebell workout that is quick and will make you work. It is basically two exercises the two handed swing and the Turkish get-up. You complete 10 swings and then do 1 Turkish get up on one side. Repeat the swings and then do 1 Turkish get-up on the other side. You do a total of 100 swings and ten get-ups.
